Stronger Together Vol. 3 — Stories of Pride & Belonging

Event description:

The third Stronger Together gathering was held in recognition of IDAHOBIT, creating a dedicated space for community members to share personal stories and reflect on LGBTQIA+ identity, culture, belonging and solidarity. Continuing the Stronger Together model, the gathering centred food, conversation and community connection rather than formal entertainment.

What we achieved:

Community members shared lived experiences and personal reflections in a supportive group setting, creating opportunities for mutual understanding across different experiences and backgrounds. The gathering combined recognition of IDAHOBIT with IQC’s culturally grounded approach to community wellbeing, reinforcing the value of storytelling, listening and making time for one another.
